999 BD Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999 BD ("999 BD", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the 999 BD website, mobile platform, games, and all related services available at 999-bd.club.

By accessing the 999 BD platform in any capacity — whether to browse, register, deposit, play, or withdraw — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all players on 999 BD regardless of how they access the platform.

999 BD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the 999 BD platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the 999 BD Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 999 BD.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and play on 999 BD, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering for personal use only, not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 999 BD employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 999 BD platform.

999 BD reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you are unable to verify your identity or age when requested, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. This is a standard procedure to protect both players and the integrity of the 999 BD platform.

Providing false information during registration — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited if the false information was used to circumvent eligibility requirements.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 999 BD. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 999 BD account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999 BD support immediately at [email protected].

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
• You must keep your registered email address and phone number current and accurate.
• 999 BD accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold or gifted to another person.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of up to ৳100, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

999 BD reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its discretion if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 999 BD will attempt to notify the player via their registered contact details.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 999 BD are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. 999 BD does not accept cash deposits or bank wire transfers at this time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 999 BD account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Standard withdrawals are processed within 3–10 minutes. In some cases, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals, additional verification may be required, which can extend processing time.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• 999 BD does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 999 BD reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

If a deposit fails to credit to your account within 30 minutes, contact 999 BD support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a second deposit until the first has been resolved.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

999 BD offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your 999 BD account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games. Check the promotion details before using a bonus on 999 BD.
• Abuse: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will have their bonuses voided and their account suspended.

999 BD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, the bonus will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of the claim.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on 999 BD use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) figures published on the 999 BD platform are accurate and independently verified. 999 BD does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Players are expected to engage with games on 999 BD in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live games to manipulate outcomes.
• Placing bets with the intent to abuse bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive behaviour on the 999 BD platform.

In the event of a technical failure during a game — such as a disconnection or server error — 999 BD will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account. 999 BD's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed and confirmed on 999 BD cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has begun. Please ensure you are comfortable with your bet amount before confirming.

7. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 999 BD account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. 999 BD staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances — by chat, email, or phone.

If you suspect that your 999 BD account has been accessed without your permission, you must:

• Change your password immediately.

• Review your recent transaction history for any unauthorised activity.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

999 BD provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999 BD shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings resulting from technical failures outside our control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the 999 BD platform.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the 999 BD platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits 999 BD's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Termination

You may close your 999 BD account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

999 BD reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if:

• The player is found to have breached any part of these Terms.
• The player is found to have provided false information during registration.
• The player is found to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the 999 BD platform or other players.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, 999 BD reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered contact details.

12. Changes to These Terms

999 BD may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 999 BD platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
